What is an in-game Staff or Moderator?
Moderators are trained adults who work very hard to ensure that players have a safe and enjoyable time in VFK.
How can you tell a Moderator from a regular player?
Moderators have VFK_ at the beginning of their name. In addition, they also have a red outline to their chat bubbles. Moderators also wear a uniform consisting of a green blazer, and tan pants.
Why are some Moderators dressed in Black blazers?
Moderators that have a red outlined chat bubble and VFK_ in front of their name, but who wear a black blazer are game developers.
How can I become a Moderator?
Moderators are highly trained paid adults who have been hired to fill open positions. They must pass an extensive screening and interview process which includes a background check. Open positions are not listed or viewable on any third party site.
Staff members will NEVER:
- Recruit players to be staff
- Reveal any personal information about themselves or other staff
- Offer to make you a staff member if you give them furni or credits
It is against the VFK Constitution to impersonate staff.
If you notice any player representing themselves as staff who does not have a VFK_ and a red outline on their chat bubble, report them to the in-game help staff.
